GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms of use (” Terms of Use”) administrate your access to and use of this website at WWW.PUREJOY.PK (the “Site”). The site is operated by the team of Purejoy.pk. We provide all data, information, tools and services available through the site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Use.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU ARE ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE.

Online Orders
All orders placed are considered as confirm orders, we can make any changes after the order has been processed or dispatched. Any order which doesn’t have complete information will be cancelled accordingly.

Order Refusals
PUREJOY.PK reserve the right to refuse any order without any reason or due to history of refusing cash on delivery orders in past. In most of cases if someone has refused to delivery, twice in past, we will not send new orders.

For Order Above Rs. 10,000 or Advance Payment
For orders with a total value exceeding Rs. 10,000, the Company may request a 10% advance payment from the Client, which will be adjusted in COD amount at the time of delivery. The Company reserves the right to cancel the order if the Client fails to make the 10% partial payment within the specified timeframe.

By making an advance payment for your order partial or full, customer acknowledge and agree that the delivery of the parcel is subject to successful receipt and acceptance of the parcel. If, for any reason, customer fail to receive the order and the parcel is returned to purejoy.pk, customer shall be responsible for the return shipping charges incurred by us and additional re-shipping charges, to have the order dispatched again. Purejoy.pk shall not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect details or the customer’s unavailability.
The aforementioned charges must be paid in full before the order is reshipped. Failure to make the required payment may result in the cancellation of your order without a refund of the initial advance payment.

Product Complaints and Liability
PureJoy.pk acts as an authorized reseller for various international brands. We facilitate the sale of products on behalf of these brands but do not manufacture or directly warrant the products. In the event of a product complaint, PureJoy.pk will forward the complaint to the respective brand for resolution. The brand’s decision shall be final and binding. PureJoy.pk does not guarantee any specific outcome and shall not be held responsible for the brand’s resolution process. The brand may require video evidence, photographs, or actual product to review or process the complaint. The customer must comply with the brand’s requested procedure for the complaint to be considered. PureJoy.pk disclaims all liability regarding product quality, functionality, or any disputes arising from brand policies. The brand’s decision on any complaint shall be final, and PureJoy.pk shall bear no responsibility for compensation, refunds, or replacements.

Food Items
All orders for food items will only be dispatched upon receipt of 100% payment in advance. The full payment must be deposited into the Company’s designated bank account. Account details will be shared at the time of order confirmation. The Company will not process or dispatch any orders until the payment has been confirmed.

Shipping Compensation
There are no shipping refunds or compensations available in any case.

Shipping Damages/Broken Items
PUREJOY.PK take the best possible measures in packaging but since some of the items / accessories are very delicate so in case if something is damaged by shipping company during the transit, you need to contact us as soon as possible after receiving those items, and we will not return or exchange such items but we will provide you a discount coupon as per the damage happened. We will require 7-10 business days to settle these claims.

Copyrights
The entire contents of the Site also are protected by copyright as a collective work under Pakistani copyright laws and international conventions. All rights are reserved.

Termination
You furthermore agree that the Site shall not be liable to you or to any other person because of any such suspension or termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices in operating the Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the site.

Product Review
You would be invited to review your order once the order is completed. You will receive an email, text message or WhatsApp message from purejoy.pk with a review form.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (with tags and packaging intact). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs via a traceable courier. Clearly label the package as “Return Item” to avoid processing delays. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Delivery charges billed by the courier company and governement taxes are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued via the bank transfer or coupons.

Electric items, maternity items, breast feeding products, baby food & formula milk cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. The customer bears the cost of return shipping for exchanges.

Note: PureJoy.pk’s decision on returns/refunds/exchange is final and binding.
